Description: Own a piece of history with this Native American Paleo Indian artifact set, including a mortar plate and pestle. This unique set is handcrafted and showcases the rich culture of Native American art. The mortar plate is perfect for grinding herbs and the pestle helps to evenly distribute the herbs. This set is from Franklin County, Indiana and has a provenance of ownership history available. The artifacts are from the United States and are pre-1600. With a lot of patina, this set is a great addition to any collection and a perfect way to connect with the Native American culture. Lovely set- Mortar plate and pestle stone set that I found last year here in Metamora,Indiana on Duck Creek Road that is in Franklin County Indiana. Lots of patina and signs of use on both pieces as well as some staining on both. Pecking marks still can be seen thru out the stones-markings from where it had been made from. I don't refuse reasonable offers. Bonus artifacts included with ALL purchases! I will be listing more artifacts and unique stones from my collection that all have been personally collected by my own hands from private property locations I have permission to hunt and collect from all with Franklin County, Indiana
