Description: One used MXR Classic Overdrive pedal in excellent condition. Evidently these pedals have an internal switch that turns on a ZW44 Zakk Wylde Overdrive circuit - a two-for-one. Moreover, a previous owner, presumably Pete's Pedals, customized this one with an external switch that activates or deactivates the ZW circuit. Pretty cool. These were an exclusive pedal to Guitar Center, I believe. The Classic circuit is more or less MXR's take on a Tune Screamer. With this pedal, you get both a classic Tube Screamer type overdrive AND a Zakk Wylde signature overdrive. All pedals ship with insurance. Please read our feedback and buy with confidence.
