The Frame has a double hoop handle with open work scroll design inserts on the sides - an embossed floral pattern base supported on 4 paw feet - and a scalloped edge holder for the jar - the repousse design on the base is repeated on the matching Lid. A clear frosted art glass Jar fits into the frame perfectly. It is decorated with Gold Scrolls and white enamel Daisies, linked with delicate purple branches - a piece from the Royal Flemish line made by the Mt. Washington Glass Co. - circa 1890's.
