Description: These are full-size working replicas of the lovable wise-cracking Crow T Robot and Tom Servo from Mystery Science Theater 3000. These highly detailed replicas look and operate just like the originals. Purchased as a set saves $70 versus buying them separately. Limited Quantities. Crow's head is made with a roto-cast copy of an original Empire bowling pin and has the classic "e" logo stamped on top. His eyes are housed in a vacuformed shell of an original Schwarz Brothers plastic soap dish. Crow's "net" is an exact cast resin copy of the familiar but rare Cooper XL7 Hockey Helmet face guard. The ping pong ball eyes are fully articulated and can be moved up/down and side-to-side via a control paddle mounted near the bottom of the main control rod. The mouth opens and closes with a pull string running through the control rod which moves the entire head 360 degrees. Crow's upper shoulders are cast resin copies of an original Wallace desk lamp and are used to separate the upper and lower plates of the Tupperware Floralier flower vase used for his main body. His parts are painted with the correct Testors Lime Gold Metal Flake hobby paint with black paint accents just like the original. The arms are made from cast copies of the original swing-arm desk lamp joints and the correct size square wooden rods covered with foam pipe insulation. The hands are cast copies of the original pincher hands. Crow's arms and hands are movable and can be fully extended. Crow comes with a custom made 15 inch wooden base so you can easily and stylishly display him. The base is decorated with the SOL, Deep 13 and MST3K planet logos and has felt pads on the bottom. From top to bottom Crow measures 34 inches tall. Tom Servo is made from exact cast resin copies of his shoulders, hands, chest engine block and Money Lover Barrel bank for his body. The barrel is rotocast from a mold of one of my original MLB banks which keeps it hollow and light. The shoulders are cast from an original C'more Bunz doll and the shoulder housings vacuformed from an Eveready lantern bezel. His hoverskirt is a vacuformed copy from a properly sized plastic bowl with foam trim and vacuformed details made from an original Tyco Turbo Train engine. The head is the familiar gumball machine/snack dispenser mounted on a turntable and can rotate a full 360 degrees and is operated by a control rod beneath his hoverskirt. The mouth is operated by a pull string which runs down through the control rod to a pull ring underneath. The hands are attached to custom made stainless-steel springs and can bounce freely. The entire head, clear globe and top lid can be easily removed for cleaning and inspection or filling with your favorite snack. Tom measures 13 inches across at the base of his hoverskirt and is 23 inches tall with his globe attached. All the colors are screen-accurate to the original MST3K Tom Servo. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about the robot's construction, parts, delivery or just tell me your favorite MST3K episode. Thanks for looking. Hikeeba!
