Items are non returnable.I sometimes will use an alternative carrier from what was initially selected to deliver your item. I only ship to the address shown as the ship to address when you make payment. I will not ship to an alternate address you might try to provide via email. This is a fraud prevention measure. I am not able to hold shipping beyond my stated handling time of 2 days once payment is made because Ebay penalizes sellers with a defect for late shipping.
