We completely disassemble the robotic arm, clean and inspect all speed reducer assemblies, repaint the components, replace the timing belts, inspect the wiring harness, reassemble and regrease the robot with Vigo RE0 and SK-1A Harmonic Grease. The robot is recalibrated and run for 8 hours. The control cabinets are cleaned, cooling fans are inspected and replaced if needed, and the system is reset back to factory default settings. We also clean the teach pendants, replace the case and/or touchscreens if badly worn or damaged. Lastly, we clean the Fronius Welder, Wire Feeder, and Robacta Torch Assembly.
