This Instrument is a conversion made from a GUITAR.The neck will have a guitar type width, as I do NOT reduce the neck's width.So if you're accustomed to playing banjo, tenor guitar, mandolin, or any other stringed instrument with a narrower neck, this instrument will have a larger feel to your hand. Remember, this is NOT an electric guitar. It is an electric mandocello. If you've ever priced a mandocello, then you know that they are exceedingly expensive due to their rarity.
