Description: This is Mixed-Up Mother Goose for Atari ST. It is complete in box: included is both game disks, the dust cover, both posters, the arrow stickers, the manual and reference card, and all other inserts. The game was likely never played, and is untested. The box has some stains and fraying around the edges, but is still in generally good shape. The King's Quest games were revolutionary and fun, but could be a bit complex for younger audiences. Mixed-Up Mother Goose was an effort by Roberta Williams to achieve that same kind of fun exploration and puzzle solving with a more straightforward gameplay loop. Gone is the text parser, with picking up items done automatically. Players can only hold one item at a time, making the path forward clear and direct. Stickers and posters were included to give tangibility outside the game, and to give hints of how to put together the game's nursery rhymes. Although the game is undoubtedly for young children, it's colorful and fun, and has effort put into it that not a lot of games like it do, and can still stand up to its contemporaries.
