Works by Miram Lemos appear to be rare on the market. Oil on canvas panel. "Born in Guinda, CA on March 25, 1895. Miriam was a graduate of the CSFA and the wife of artist John. T. Lemos. The couple moved to a home at 637 Seale Avenue in Palo Alto in the 1920s where they remained. For many years they were heads of the art department at Oakland's Latham Foundation.
