Description: Here we have a lovely MINATURE brass 8 day carriage clock. The coin is just to show the small proportions and is not part of the sale. The clock is being sold as not working / for restoration. The dial is set out with decorative Roman numerals with small Arabic numerals above. The brass case is a nice shape and to the top is a lovely shaped handle which sets it off beautifully (please note the handle is normally is the down postion we carefully balanced it in the upright position during photographing so it could be seen). The clock has lovely bevelled glass to all four sides and to the top. The clock is wound and the hands adjusted from the rear, as can be seen from the photographs. The clock is being sold as not working / for restoration. There is NO winding key. The approximate dimensions of the clock are: 9.5 cm high with handle up / 8 cm high with handle down x 5 cm across the front of the clock x 4.5 cm deep CONDITION: The clock is in nice condition but is being sold as not working / for restoration. There is NO winding key. The brass has aged a little as would be expected. There is a very small indent to the left side.
