Description: For Sale is a Millers Falls No. 75 Block Plane, this was Millers Falls version of the Stanley No 220. Nice clean and clear marking Millers Falls No. 75 on the Left side of the body Condition is very nice. Clean plane, Rosewood front knob. Adjustable cutter depth moves freely. This one is a Type 3 produced from 1945 - 1965. It features a flathead machine screw which attaches the front knob in 1945. in 1949 Millers Falls added "Solid Tool Steel" to the cutter trademark and went to a Rosewood knob, both of which are present on this one. So it would put this one 1949 or later Very nice useful plane to have in the shop. If you collect Millers Falls this one is a nice original example of Millers Falls quality as they competed with Stanley Shipping to the US only, no International shipping.
