From a set of 8 standard sized (2-1/2" x 3-1/2") unnumbered 'box' cards with blank backs. No dates or other markings to indicate year of issue. Cards were originally on boxes that contained regular Topps 1983 stickers. Stickers were normally released in wax packs but in both 1983 and 1984 Topps also distributed them in a box format. For these two years, the name field is the only obvious difference. 1983 has a 'plaque' while 1984 has a 'bat'. For COMPARISON ONLY, are some examples of 1984 sticker boxes.
