Description: This is a used Midtronics DSS-7000 Battery Diagnostics Service System. These are normally used by automotive technicians to test automobile batteries, charging systems and much more. All components are in good condition with scuffs, marks, scratches and wear from normal use and storage. The battery cable lead is 3' on the unit and the screen is detachable from the base.I didn't have the power supply for the unit, although I substituted a 5vdc @1A power supply that charged the unit perfectly to 100%. The unit will also operate with the power supply plugged into the wall. Once powered on I saw that the unit had a fully working touchscreen display. I was able to navigate through various screens and settings using the touchscreen.The unit runs an android OS, it has the capability to connect to a WiFi network and more. It comes with the Midtronics CVG-2 OBD2 Wireless Convergence Module that works in conjunction with the unit.All software on the unit is sold as-is as-installed. No registration, subscription or any other licenses included.
