Provenance: This originally came in a lot of signed vinyl bought from Omega Auctions, and came purely as is (with no vinyl or outer sleeve). Condition: The sleeve has marking/ring wear. The reverse of the sleeve has a surface tear mark with a small patch of glossy residue around it likely from it having been mounted previously (see photos for further reference).
