Description: When it comes to some of my most personal nostalgic patterns...it has to be hands down the Design Zomba...because for me and the time in my life when I was at my prime...a young earthling on junkets and archeological digs in boarded up South Beach hotels in the 80's...it was where I was first introduced to Design Zomba...it was apparent this pattern was made for Miami Beach...it was very popular...used in large quantities on guest rooms and spectacular greeting guests in Art Deco lobbies and as the sea breezes rushed through the open front doors...spilling into the romance of boutique hotels...sandy terrazzo floors...and the fresh smell of tropical florals in vases everywhere you turned...for this young vintage soul...it was like being on the sunken Titantic...and seeing the blight and what once was...it is now something forever etched in my soul...as you can never recreate memories...times...and places...but one thing was clear...Design Zomba was seemingly made for Ocean Drive... This offering is for ONE remnant of unused unwashed thick and nubby barkcloth in what was part of a drapery panel that went unused its whole existence. Expect a brand new sampling of 1930's Art Deco Miami Beach like no other...a fresh perspective on the tropics of the USA...vacation-land USA...that's right Miami Beach. A deep dark unfaded black ground with chartreuse lemon yellow...creamy charcoal...coral orange and peachy pinks...jadeite green...and varied shades of grays...there is a hem line on the one edge and it is signed "Guaranteed to be Vat Prints ZOMBA". Measures 22 inches wide x 34 inches long. Flawless. I take returns...but who wants to take a return right? So I do my best to add lots of photos that depict the weight and texture and do so thoughtfully so you are getting the most virtual experience. Please only buy if you know you really want it...in other words...I'm here to have the best selling experience and I can't do that without your help.
