Optical condition is good; it has clean and clear glass. There is no fungus, no haze, no balsam separation. Minor internal dust. Minor dirt on the outside rim of rear element, completely insignificant in any practical sense. Mechanical function is also good; aperture blades are clean and undamaged, setting is smooth. Focusing is good, feels nice throughout the throw. Exterior condition is very good (see images); minor wear, no damage.
