Description: Mega rare Elektra Records pressing of "Kill'em All" with "Am I Evil?" and "Blitzkrieg." Also comes with an ORIGINAL "Metal Militia" fan club folder AND order form. The folder and paper inside are in excellent condition. Some slight bends on outer folder. (See photos.) The vinyl is great but the jacket DOES show some ringwear and scuffs. Very rare to see this album WITH the fan club folder and order form. All sold AS IS!!!
