Tag says size 44S short, but we don't know if it's been altered, so compare these measurements with a jacket of yours that fits well. Measurements: 23 3/4" armpit to armpit, 23" across the waist at the top button, 23 1/2" from the shoulder seam out to the cuff, almost 19" on the back from shoulder seam horizontally across to the other shoulder seam, 30" from the base of the collar in the center on the back measured straight down. 65% polyester, 35% viscose. Tag says "Super 120's extra fine. Model: 2BT-Tuxedo." Black and gray pocket square included (see pic). Some stray threads near the buttons on one side (see pic). I'm guessing that's where the tag was originally. It will arrive wrinkled because it will be put into a plastic envelope for shipping.
