It is an embodiment of the inexhaustible creative power and depth of the Ukrainian soul, which live in every intricate line on the artist's canvases.About the artist: Ivan Marchuk is an outstanding Ukrainian painter, People's Artist of Ukraine, laureate of the Taras Shevchenko National Prize of Ukraine, honorary citizen of Ternopil, Kyiv and Kaniv.The author's style is similar to lace made of the finest strokes, which gives the paintings three-dimensionality, creating the illusion of dynamic light with a play of shades.The artist has created about 5000 works, opened more than 150 monographic and 50 collective exhibitions. His works can be found in museums on five continents.
