Known for their interesting form that closely resembles that of a garlic, this abstract form of basketry can be used in home décor and for storage. Garlic gourd baskets are most times on their side and not straight up. Best suited for display on corners or window bays. If you prefer to have your basket straight up, one can easily soak the basket with warm water, slightly shape it to sit up and allow to dry in sunlight for 24 hours. FUNCTIONS - If Shaped to sit up straight, can be used to hold pampas stems. (Add-on Options Available) - Decorative basket on its own due to unique design and shape. Usually placed in corners and leaning down. CARE If you want your basket to sit straight up, soak with warm water and using your hands slightly shape the basket accordingly. Once satisfied, allow to dry in direct sunlight for 24 hours.
