Absolutely not restored- original everything. The loose diecast will ship in a penny sleeve or postcard penny sleeve. Then well packaged in a small box. The flat paper/cardboard will ship in an ultra pro thin sleeve with a thin cardboard backer (what they store comic books in) and packaged sandwiched between two larger pieces of cardboard which will be placed in a thin plastic mailer.
