If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered then please contact us. Please take a picture of any damage to the packaging or the incorrect item that has been sent. We will then send you a replacement free of charge and hassle free. If you decide that you do not want your order then we can offer a partial refund. We will refund you everything apart from our fulfillment partner's printing and postage costs. Once a refund has been agreed you will be required to destroy the item and send a picture to prove this.
