Fruitcake contains NO citron, raisins, citrus peel, or heavy, overwhelming spices, like most fruitcakes. Ingredients are: Plump Georgia pecan halves, candied cherries, candied pineapple, dates, eggs, flour, sugar, salt, baking powder with Port wine added after baking.
