I saw a couple of light paper scuffs, but only visible in a certain light. Cardboard outer sleeve and original inner sleeve both Excellent, with little or no signs of wear. Listening test: Rating: VGI purchased this record new as soon as I heard the haunting "Mrs. Soffel", shortly after it was released.Even though I try very hard to take good care of my records, for some reason this one has a fair amountof surface noise. If this were a rock-and-roll record, maybe it would not be noticeable. But this music ismostly quiet and introspective, so the surface noise is quite noticeable.
