Marantz 6300 Turntable Capacitor Kit

Description: This is a Restoration kit for the Marantz 6300 Turntable Electrolytic Caps This kit replaces all electrolytic capacitors in the power supply. It does not include any ecaps hidden under the motor housing. Why aren't they? Unless you are having major problems with speed, they need not be replaced AND unless you are experienced in restoration work, accessing that board is a nightmare and may turn your turntable into nothing more than a doorstop. Usually, speed issues are resolved by simply cleaning the speed control pots which can be accessed with ease. PLEASE NOTE: Marantz used two different (but similar) power supply boards during the run of production on the 6300. This kit will include all parts to redo either power supply board they made. While not all are yet listed, we can sell kits for most any Pioneer/Marantz Turntable. Or virtually any turntable for that matter. Includes digital access to both the service manual. The kit replaces electrolytic caps with high quality new ones sourced via reputable USA distributors like Digikey and Mouser. Caps are Panasonic FC caps and Nichicon UKL & UPW. This unit has seven electrolytic capacitors - that's it, very easy to do, though some care is needed when replacing the caps on the motor board. Also the originals were glued in, so be sure to take that into account when desoldering and removing them. Reomve any excess glue from the board before soldering in the new caps. The kit will ship (usually the next day) via USPS First Class with tracking. We have bought in bulk hoping to provide the community with an easy, time and cost effective solution.
