Description: Up for sale here is this P400 phono board rebuild set for a Marantz 2240, 2240B, 2250, 2250B, 2265, 2275, 2285, 2325, 4300, or Marantz 4400. This is all the parts you need to rebuild a Marantz P400 phono board in any of those receivers. Please note that this is NOT for the 2265B or 2285B--those are different. Over time the phono boards start developing issues with transistors, diodes, and capacitors, and often the old parts are weak and failing. We will make them new again! This kit includes all 7 capacitors, two diodes, a pair of 1N4148s in series to replace the varistor at H409, and 6 transistors. These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts. The capacitors are Nichicon PW, Nichicon KL, and Panasonic film caps at the same or improved uf and voltage ratings, the diodes are new 1N4148 diodes, and the transistors are Onsemi KSC1815FTA (marked 815Y), which are the correct subs for the original transistors. These are extremely high-quality parts, the same ones I use when I rebuild Marantz gear. I will include a basic instruction sheet, but rebuilding a board is at least mildly complicated, and you should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron.
