DescriptionThe Marantz model 2220 B all solid-state receiver incorporates the advanced circuitry for which Marantz is famous in the audio component industry. Unparalleled technology and innovation made possible this combination of three superb component sections on a single chassis: Tuner, preamplifier & power amplifier. Internal connections between these component sections ensure optimum performance from each section and retain the full flexibility of separate components. The extraordinary flexibility of the model 2220 B permits the connection of: two pairs of loudspeakers; headphones; a turntable; an additional tuner (such as SW or LW) and a TV sound source. Record, copying, and playback capabilities are included for a tape playback deck and/or two recorders. Service:This unit was serviced and cleaned by our in-house tech with Deoxit and given a proper lubrication. This unit has been bench tested. All controls and the switchesand internal connections were cleaned to assure trouble-free operation. All lights have been re-lamped with original bulbs. Unit is very clean with light/normal wear, silver face is clean with no scratches, all black text is clean and fully readable, glass has no wear or cracks.
