Description: For sale is Mai, The Psychic Girl No. 24, originally published on May 10th of 1988 by Eclipse International, in association with Viz Comics. This is a first printing that I bought new, when it was first released, is unread and immediately was put into a comic bag along with an acid-free backing board. It was then stored in a comic storage box where it was kept under optimum conditions for both humidity and temperature for the last 30 years. The cover's color are vivid, bright and glossy, lies flat without any creases, tears, color breaks, missing pages, folds, writing, color flecks or stains. The outside staples are tight, shiny and bright, in a like-new condition with just a sheen of oxidation. Inside the centerfold, the staples are tight, shiny and bright in a like new condition without any oxidation. Because of this, I'm grading this comic as NM (9.4). This is the best copy of this hard to find comic and you would be hard pressed to find one in this condition, especially from the original owner.
