She has long shiny brown hair pulled back on top and fastened with a blue bow. Long ringlets cascade down her back. Her beautiful hand-painted face comes alive with sparkling, bright blue, that open and close quickly (flirty eyes). DOROTHY is dressed in an adorable blue and white, checkered gingham, layered dress. The bodice displays an apron front with the blue and white checkers cut on the diagonal. Underneath is a white blouse with a high round collar comprised of white piping with lite blue zig-zag trim sewn on top. Puffy, white, sleeves are gathered below the elbow and edged just like the collar. The full skirt runs below the knee and contains a band of the gingham, also cut on the bias, just like the bodice, forming diamond shapes instead of squares. It encircles the dress presenting a very pretty layered look. Underneath are a lace edged white petticoat and matching little panties. Blue socks are tucked in glittering tiny ruby-red crystal, magical shoes, with tiny, ruby ribbon bows.
