These rules are made in the USA by Products Engineering Company (PEC Tools), a premier US tool manufacturer. They are made from the finest steel available and are hardened and tempered. They have a satin chrome finish (reduces glare, minimizes scratching and prevents rust) and are precision photo etched and then black filled for easy readability. The 4R graduations show 1/8ths and 1/6ths on one side and 32nds and 64ths on the reverse. Rules are 1 1/8" wide and .042” thick. Both long edges are ground flat and straight. Picture is of the ends of a 12" rule, but a 24" rule is up for sale. Also, picture shows both sides of a rule, but only one is up for sale at a time.
