Description: This is an antique black and white postcard of Macassar/ Makassar, Celebes (= Sulawesi), Indonesia. It shows a beautiful view of Kampong Mariso. This postcard was published by B.C. Dittrich in about 1915. So it is more than one HUNDRED years OLD. This postcard was sent to the USA in 1930. The purple and white 10 cent stamp is partly damaged. However the toplayer of the bottom right corner on the back is missing and a little crease on bottom left corner they do not affect the picture on the front side(see scan) and it is still a great collectable.
