The hilt is 5.75” long. The guard has an eagle and 13 stars. The sword is not marked. The condition of the saber is good. It is solid, but the guard is loose. The grip shows wear. I’ve read the grip was covered with shark skin. Most of the skin has worn off. Some of the skin is still coming off. The blade is tarnished. The scabbard is good. It is solid. It shows a lot of wear, scratches and tarnish.
