Description: This #862 LS cylinder head is used but in good usable condition and it came out of a running truck. It has been degreased and inspected for damage. This head is a cathedral port #862 and comes with valves and valve springs. It can be used on either driver's side or passenger's side. These originally came on GM 4.8L and 5.3L gen 3 LS engines (99-07 classic) but can be used on gen 4 engines as well. These are also a good upgrade on gen 3 6.0L engines with 317 heads.
