There is a flattering double criss cross strap with the ankle strap. Ankle straps are great in helping the foot stay stable in the shoe. One strap is leather and the other is the lame suede. The inside heel to toe measurement is 10". Louboutin normally runs smaller than other European designers, but this style did not seem to run as small. I believe if you are either a US size 7.5 OR 8 these will fit. This shoe came from Saks in Beverly Hills and comes with its original box and dust cover. The size 38 shoes have never been worn.
