Description: !PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION! This lot includes two 78 RPM records by Camille Howard. Both released on the label Speciality, the first from 1949, featuring the tracks "Fiesta in Old Mexico/Miraculous Boogie" and the second released in 1948, "You Don't Love Me/X-Temperaneous Boogie". Unfortunately, both of the records have chips on the edges that affect the grooves. I took pictures zoomed in to show them. I don't usually like selling records with defects like this but I can't throw away a legendary artist like this. So, because of the defects these records are G- or some would say lower than that. But I would grade them both V+ if those chips weren't there. Starting after the chips, they both play well, on both records the surface noise doesn't go over the music and I couldn't hear any pops that were intrusive. Visually they have a little more than average surface scratches and scuffs. Some light scratches and the shine is OK but it's a bit dulled. DM me if you have any questions. -------------------------------------------------------- Seller Notes: *Updated July 2024* -------------------------------------------------------- For those of you who have read this before, I did not have the equipment to properly grade 78rpm records. I now have a Victrola phonograph, Granada model. From now on I will grade 78s with the VJM grading system. I'll try to get to the records I currently have listed, but please message me if you want me to grade one and I'll update the listing. I will still take multiple pictures that show the physical condition. All records come in a generic plastic sleeve, sometimes along with a generic paper sleeve. I will mention in the description if it's an original sleeve. I want my customers to be confident these records will get to them in one piece. So I will ship this with great care, in a plastic sleeve, sandwiched between double corrugated cardboard and packed in an oversized box with shipping peanuts or other packing material that keeps the record secure from getting tossed around or crushed while in transit. I am an independent seller. I price out my items based on the market value average on Discogs and sold items here on eBay. If you don't agree with something or have any questions, please message me. I appreciate criticism and I'll talk with you to see what I can do to make this shop better. Thank you.
