Really nice cases, and we are guessing they were being shipped to optometrist's offices or to a lens manufacturer. These feature prismed (faceted) cup bottoms to help prevent soft lenses from "suction cupping" to the bottom when you are trying to get them out. Sold in convenient lots of seven, because that's how many would conveniently fit in the bags we had.
