The figure also features multiple points of articulation for posing. Aurra Sing was a former Jedi apprentice who left the Order to become a ruthless and feared bounty hunter. She was a Palliduvan, a pale-skinned humanoid species with long fingers and a head antenna. She wore a tight-fitting bodysuit and carried a variety of weapons, including two blaster pistols, a modified blaster rifle, and a lightsaber that she kept from her Jedi days. She had a distinctive auburn ponytail that extended from the back of her head. Aurra Sing was active during the time of the Galactic Republic and the Clone Wars. She was present on Tatooine during the Boonta Eve Classic podrace, where she witnessed the victory of Anakin Skywalker. She later became involved with the Weequay pirate Hondo Ohnaka, who was her lover for a brief period. She also trained Boba Fett, the son of Jango Fett, in the ways of bounty hunting and helped him in his quest for revenge against Mace Windu, the Jedi Master who killed his father. She worked with other notorious bounty hunters, such as Cad Bane and Ziro the Hutt, and took part in several daring missions, such as the hostage crisis in the Senate Building. She was known for her hatred of Jedi and her cold-blooded nature. Aurra Sing’s career came to an end when she was killed by Tobias Beckett, a smuggler and mentor of Han Solo, around 13 BBY. Her death was confirmed by the crime lord Dryden Vos, who displayed her blaster rifle as a trophy in his yacht. Anakin Skywalker (Mechanic) is based on the character of Anakin Skywalker from Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace, where he is a nine-year-old slave boy who lives on Tatooine and works as a mechanic for the junk dealer Watto. He is also a talented pod racer and a Force-sensitive child who will eventually become Darth Vader. The figure features swivel articulation in the head, shoulders, waist, and hips, and hinge joints in the knees. It comes with a removable droid hydrospanner wrench accessory that fits in the right hand, and an Otoga 222 droid. It depicts Anakin Skywalker in his mechanic outfit, which he wore during several scenes in the film, such as when he repaired his podracer, and showed off his C-3PO creation to Padmé Amidala and took his first step into a larger world with Qui-Gon Jinn. Jar Jar Binks (Tatooine) is a clumsy and well-meaning Gungan from Naboo, wearing a brown cloak and sandals on the desert planet of Tatooine. The figure comes with a collapsed pit droid accessory, that is modeled in position. The figure has six points of articulation: swivel head, ball-jointed shoulders, swivel waist and swivel hips. The figure also has a unique feature: its tongue is sculpted out of its mouth. This is a reference to a scene in Star Wars: The Phantom Menace (Episode I), where Jar Jar Binks accidentally activates a pit droid in Watto's junkyard and annoys Qui-Gon Jinn, who tells him not to touch anything. Jar Jar Binks played a significant role in the events of the prequel trilogy, as he befriended Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi, helped them escape from Naboo, participated in the Battle of Naboo, became a representative for his people in the Galactic Senate, and unwittingly gave Chancellor Palpatine the emergency powers that led to the rise of the Galactic Empire. Boss Nass (Gungan Sacred Place) is based on the character of Boss Nass, the leader of the Gungans, who live in the underwater city of Otoh Gunga on the planet Naboo. Boss Nass is a stout and stern ruler who values his people's traditions and isolationism. He is initially reluctant to help the Naboo when they are invaded by the Trade Federation, but he changes his mind when Queen Amidala shows him respect and humility. He commands the Gungan Grand Army in a battle against the droid forces, and later celebrates the victory with the Naboo. The figure is an all-new sculpt that is much more accurate and detailed than the previous version released for The Phantom Menace in 1999. It depicts Boss Nass in his ceremonial outfit that he wears at the end of the movie, when he gives a globe of peace to Amidala. The figure has only five points of articulation: a swivel head, swivel shoulders, and swivel elbows. It does not come with any accessories or weapons. STAR WARS THE POWER OF THE JEDI is a line of action figures produced by Hasbro from 2000 to 2002 featuring characters from the original trilogy, the prequel trilogy, and also introduced "concept figures", which are based on production sketches or alternative designs that were not used in the film.. Each figure came with a unique accessory and a card called the Jedi Force File, which contained information on the character's statistics, abilities, weapons and ships. The Jedi Force File had eight pages that could be folded into a booklet, and each page had a different category of information, such as biography, combat tactics, allies and enemies, behind the scenes, and a quote. The figures were divided into two collections: Collection 1, which focused on the main characters and their movie scenes, and Collection 2, which included secondary characters and fan favorites. The line also featured some playsets, cinema scenes, micro machines, creatures, and miscellaneous items.
