Description: Two previously smoked bent smoking pipes: Dark pipe. A "Sherlock Holmes" shape. Has marks on the side, "Genuine Briar" and "Italy." Has a wide band of silver? I'm not sure it's silver since I can't find a mark. Has some wear along the top edge of the bowl. Also on one side it has fine cracks in one spot. Bowl is 1 1/4" across the top and 2" tall. Measuring from the bottom to the tip of the pipe stem is approximately 5", but it curves so it's hard to be precise. Kaywoodie bent pipe is a lighter brown and marked "imported briar." Stem is loose. Doesn't show alot of wear although it has been smoked. Not sure what the band is on the pipe stem. It has a pearlesque look. Bowl is 1 1/4" across the top and 1 3/4" tall. Measuring from the bottom to the tip of the pipe stem is approximately 5". Hard to be more precise because it curves. Not sure where this one was made. I honestly know almost nothing about pipes. So look closely at the pictures.
