The stickers are individual computer-cut adhesive vinyl graphics and not on a white or clear background. You have to put the black or purple sticker on a light surface to create the contrast. If you want to put them on a dark surface like a car window, choose the white or silver colors. I will send you a link to my video with tips on applying the sticker after you order. Measure the area you want to place the sticker before choosing the size. The ideal surface to place it on is smooth metal, glass or plastic. The sticker will be less adhesive on a wall that's been painted with flat latex paint and even less on an uneven surface with grain like stucco or unfinished wood. Will not adhere to clothing.
