Description: Lledo Promotors Diecast Model1920 Ford Model T Van LP6689 - Midland Red / BusParts Ltd Limited Edition Jack Odell, one of the founders of the Matchbox diecast company, founded Lledo (Odell backwards) in 1982, and launched the "Days Gone" range of models in 1983, taking over a market previously popularised by the Matchbox "Models of Yesteryear" series. Over the next 15 years, Lledo enjoyed huge success, and their models became highly collectable. This model was released in 1995. It depicts a 1920 Ford Model T Van, in the red livery of the Midland Red Bus company. It was commissioned on behalf of BusParts Limited, and also has their name on the headboard. This was a Limited Edition of just 1050 models, and the model came with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity, but, unfortunately, this is missing. Excellent used condition. Box is structurally sound, with no serious rips or splits and no taped-up corners. Model itself is clean and excellent condition, only being removed from box to photograph.
