Music written by Al Gumble, lyrics by Dave Clark. It's assumed that the song was written to cash in on the Teddy Bear craze and the popularity of Little Nemo. To profit still further, the sheet music states that the song was "Successfully interpolated in The Wizard of Oz". No contemporary Wizard of Oz program has been found that confirms that this song was ever performed. So it is unknown what character sang it or where it was used in the show - assuming it was in fact an actual interpolation.
