Description: LITTLE IODINE #14 (DELL 1952). 10 cent issue. Legendary cartoonist, JIMMY HATLO was best known for his ground-breaking newspaper strip "They'll Do It Every Time". The strip ran more than 45 years (ending with his death in 1966) and was imitated and cloned by scores of others over the years. Known as Hatlo's "other strip", LITTLE IODINE was only a little bit less popular and his cartoon style has influenced scores of artists in the comic industry. Accordingly, this title is grossly under-rated at this time. VERY FINE (8.0) condition. This is a high-grade copy of this magazine with bright color and lots of original gloss. The spine shows some handling checks. The staples firmly bind the cover and all interior pages (centerfold photo provided). There is a date stamp at the upper middle. The inside covers show tanning and the interior pages look white to off-white. Shipping is $5.00 to the United States and will be combined with other purchases. I have lots of Golden, Silver and Bronze age comic books for sale. Please check out my other items. Track Page Views With Auctiva's Counter
