I don't remember if I bought this preowned, but I've only worn it a few times, and it's still in great condition. It doesn't fit me anymore though, so it's been in storage the last few years. Zip up front, with zippers for the straps. Has zipper patch on the front. This is a tight fit, no room for stretch. US buyers only. PayPal only. Cat and dog household, but clothes are clean.
