SOLD AS IS, for PARTS or REPAIR. Gears seem to work, when I manually roll the wheels the gears do move, moving the other wheels. Has rusted screws and other rusted metal parts. The chrome is coming off. The plastic engine cover doesn't appear to have any broken pieces.
