Description: Set of 3 enameled metal 7.5” cars, Pullmans and observation, are apple green with cream inserts and dark green roofs. Cars are version with air tanks and copper journals on spring-embossed trucks. 1 car has “1934 Jan” written underside with pencil, and that looks right to me. They have light wear, a bit more wear on roofs and edges, all nice lettering, some wear on 1 Lionel Lines, light corrosion on couplers and some spots on trucks. Roof-lines have a few very minor corrosion spots. Lights all worked/flickered when tested, have vintage Christmas tree bulbs. As is no warranty, wiring is brittle and has some tape repairs, should be rewired. Matched set is VG or better, includes worn early orange boxes (1934) that have flaps on 1 end only, flaps loose on one box. All Items, including N.O.S. (new-old-stock), are graded and represented as vintage collectibles. Operational ability and characteristics or completeness of vintage motors, mechanisms, wiring, bulbs etc are not guaranteed.
