Lionel 2020 steam locomotive - Runs F/N/R

Description: Lionel 2020 steam locomotive. Runs Forward/Neutral/Reverse. Looks good in my opinion. No smoke unit. The lever that activates the smoke unit is there, though. No headlight. Sat for a long time on my shelf. When I put it on the track again the e-unit was sticking. The more I ran it the less it stuck and my last time just now it functioned properly. Probably will need attention because of its sitting so long, though. The E-unit lever is a little loose and sometimes loses contact. A few spots on the shell seem to shine a bit. Not sure if some wax or other substance was put on a few of the sections. The rear truck does not match the front truck and I do not think is from a 2020. The front truck I think IS a 2020 but it is missing the silver hook bracket that supports the truck and that I see on other 2020's online. I am cutting back my collection drastically due to health reasons. Most of my trains have sat on the shelf for years and not run. This is a nice train in my opinion. Check the photos to see if I missed anything. Look at the photos for the real description. Ask questions. Packed, it weighs almost FOUR pounds. I will be using the USPS MEDIUM FIXED RATE box. I don't think a lot of sellers do refund, because I have never got one, but I DO REFUND. But I do not know the actual shipping cost until I get the receipt back from the PO. I will refund shipping if I misrepresent the item, which I try not to do to the best of my knowledge. Shipping... I estimated shipping based on the farthest zip code from me based on weight. The weight estimate might be high. So, the actual cost could be less, depending on where you live and the actual weight. If you live outside the 48 states, obviously it will be higher, and I will invoice accordingly. If the actual shipping costs are less, I will refund the difference. I am DISABLED. I must pay someone $3.00 extra to take the package to the PO and I ADD that cost onto the postage. If you cannot accept that, please pass this offer up. I can't do this otherwise.
