Liland fuel tanks are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of three years from the date of purchase. We will replace any tank shown within three years from the date of purchase to be defective in materials or workmanship. No other warranty is made or expressed or implied. Our liability shall be limited to the cost of replacing the tank. No labor cost, loss, expense or lost opportunity suffered or incurred by any person or entity directly or indirectly arising from the use of any of our products is included or covered by this warranty.Payment We accept all forms of PayPal payments. We ship to the verified address specified with the PayPal payment. Payment must be received within seven days unless special arrangements are made. Once we receive your payment, your order will be processed and shipped.Shipping The fuel tanks are shipped in the continental US (lower 48 states) via UPS and Diacom along the Eastern States.
