Previously owned and in good condition. Measures approximately 8.25 x 10.5 inches. Dust jacket has short tears, nicks, chips, wear on the edges, and a small surface tear on the front. Spine ends have some chipping. Price shows $1.00. Jacket is in a new, protective Brodart cover. Boards have rubbing and wear on the edges and one corner is barely exposed. Spine ends are bumped, but the binding is tight. Internal pages are in very good condition. Signed by Bill Martin Jr. on the dedication page. No rips, bends, or stains. Previous owner's name on inside front cover. No funky odors.
