For almost 200 years, this traditional family company produced fine clocks of most solid quality. It exported clocks to England, Russia, the Near East, Japan, China, and the United States. The Great Depression and the immense loss on "Black Tuesday" doomed this enterprise. Part 2 is especially noteworthy due to the contributions of Herr Alfons Winterhalder.
