Description: PCThurman LegoSmoke free & stored in a climate controlled environment. All sets are built with 100% LEGO. We pull every set using a parts list from Bricklink. We build each Lego set to verify all parts are accounted for and not broken / damaged. The pictures used are of the actual set being sold. The set is disassembled, placed into bags, bubble wrapped, and packed into a shipping box where they await their new owners. LEGO Set 4439 Heavy-Duty Helicopter is a rare and hard to find set released in 2012. This retired 12 year old set from the City / Forest Police theme comes 100% complete to the best of our knowledge with 393 pieces including 3 minifigures (1 forest policeman & 2 forest police helicopter pilots), a 6-wheeled atv, and many fun features and accessories. Instructions are included and in good condition, I believe book 2 has a loose cover but it may be book 1. NO BOX Please view all photos as they are part of the item description. This set is in great "played with" condition. Some pieces may show play wear and/or fading/discoloration due to age. Cloth items such as capes or sails may be frayed, wrinkled, or creased but can be trimmed carefully with scissors or safely ironed on a low steam setting. GRADING: As with any grading system it is open to interpretation! "played with" means it is open. It is not new. Excellent condition means very little play wear IE: the Lego is still shiny with little to no scratching or discoloration / fading. Great condition means it still has some shine, minor scratching, it may have small nicks, and there may be some light discoloration / fading. Cloth and plastic items may show fraying or stretching. Good condition means it will have some scratches, there will be some discoloration / fading noticeable, it may have small nicks, cloth and plastic items may show fraying or stretching.
